Work continues on Burt Merriam's upcoming production of 

The Twig & Leaf Theatre.

Puppet characters of the Lord and Lady from The Illustrated Stone Soup are sketched on 1" x 12 " pine boards in preparation for assembly and painting as the walls rise on the hand drawn wagon.  Later, stenciled fabric will back the cut outs of a tree, door and window to create a quaint gypsy wagon, which will become the back drop for Burt's performances.
